On this page we have provided curriculum links to your classroom learning objectives, based on the Ministry of Education and Training's Ontario Curriculum for Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 8. Learning experiences have a profound effect on children's development; they have a vast receptivity to new influences and their capacity to learn is tremendous.

The Ottawa International Children's Festival is proud to offer the best performances from across Canada and around the world to thrill, delight and engage your students' imaginations. Our objective is to challenge them by creating a supportive learning environment in which students are encouraged to discover and develop their skills in creative and critical thinking, reasoning, and inquiry, and to develop their oral and visual communication, their social and interactive skills, and their cultural awareness.
